Dear Wilton High School parents, students, and staff,

The health and safety of our students, staff, and school community is of paramount importance.  In an effort to be prepared for emergencies, we will conduct different emergency operations drills during the school year.  Tomorrow (Tuesday, October 3) we will be conducting an emergency operations drill in collaboration with the Wilton Police Department.  This drill will be a lockdown and evacuation to the Fieldhouse, where we will implement a process to ensure that all students are accounted for.  The time and class period of the drill will not be specified in advance so that the drill will be as realistic as possible.

Parents and visitors should understand that no persons will be allowed to enter or leave the building during the drill.  I will send an email to the school community at the conclusion of the drill and will provide a brief update.

Thank you for your partnership as we seek to keep our school community safe.
